Steam vs Windows 8.1 system-clock (Timedate.cpl) by Y-N-1-F Steam vs Windows 8.1 system-clock (Timedate.cpl) by Y-N-1-F
Another system-clock (Timedate.cpl), this one matching :iconneiio: 'Steam vs For Windows 8.1'.

Get the awesome vs here:

Steam VS for Windows 8.1 by neiio

Included in the file are instructions, a custom Timedate.cpl, and 2 other files compiled by  Mr351837 (@ MegaThemer.net. Credits and thanks extended to him.) that you'll need to change the file extensions of.
Read the instructions carefully.

Windows 8.1 with Update-1 ONLY, x64!

I've also included, for your convenience, the actual images (in the PNGFILE folder) so that you can import them into another
Timedate.cpl, like say one from a 32 bit system, Windows 7, Windows 8 (for those of you who haven't upgraded), and Windows 8.1 that doesn't have
Update-1. I could make several versions, for different os variations, but, since I'm using Win 8.1 with Update-1, I decided to only upload the Timedate.cpl
for Win 8.1 x64 with Update-1.

For good tutorials on how to import images into a Timedate.cpl system-file, check out these sources:

Enjoy!

I've thought about re-doing it.....like making the 12 points on the clock little notches within the big outer-circle of the Steam logo, but I don't know. What do you think? Like it the way it is instead?

Yes, I think it looks great this way, though you might be right it would be even more functional with the additional dots.

Forgot to ask, can I possibly use the resources for the Windows 7 version too?

If you re-design anything about it, please let me know so that I can perhaps re-do this one. They both should be the same, in the Win8.1 version as well as the Win7 version, don't you agree?

And thanks for making such a rocking vs!!

I've just included the timedate.cpl for my original Windows 7 version, as well as linked to this one (and ofc credited you).

I thank you all the same for this awesome clock; I'll keep an eye out if you remake it with the 12 dots, and will then include it for the Win 7 version.

Sure can! That's why I included them! The dimensions and file-names are exactly the same in Win7 as in 8.
